drizzle blue

Ingredientes:

2 medidas de tequila
1 medida de curaçao blue
6 cubos de gelo
300 ml de Schweppes Citrus
sal e 1 limão cortado ao meio

Modo de preparo:

Bata no liquidificador a tequila com o curaçao blue e o gelo até que fique com a consistência de uma raspadinha. Prepare os copos, que devem ter a boca bem larga como os de margarita. Passe um limão cortado ao meio na boca de dois copos e depois emborque-os num prato com sal para que a borda fique com uma crosta de sal. Coloque 2/3 da raspadinha de tequila no copo e complete-o com Schwepps cítrico.
